Change of Mind

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, due to the personal nature of cosmetic products. Please choose carefully when making your purchase.

Returns for Faulty or Defective Products

If you believe a product is faulty, defective, or does not meet its description, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. You may be required to:

  1. Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, invoice).

  2. Describe the issue in detail, including photographs if applicable.

Once assessed, we will offer an appropriate remedy, such as:

  • A replacement product.

  • A repair (if possible).

  • A refund, where required by law.

Conditions for Return

To ensure safety and hygiene, we can only accept returns if:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging, unless the issue is a manufacturing fault.

  • The product was stored and handled according to its instructions.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 14 days of purchase.

  2. Provide your proof of purchase and details of the issue.

  3. Return the product to Suite 3 Dampier Community Hub, 3 High Street Dampier if instructed.

Shipping Costs

  • If the product is found to be faulty, I will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • If the product is not deemed faulty, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
